Because all garments from Siraat Studios are made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. Please read the policy below carefully before placing your order.

 No Returns or Exchanges

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

• As each piece is handcrafted especially for you, we ask that you order intentionally and review your choices carefully before checking out.

 Incorrect or Faulty Orders

We take great care in producing each item. However, if:

• You receive the wrong item, or

• Your item arrives damaged or faulty,

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A clear description of the issue

• Photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is approved, we will offer either:

• A repair (if possible)

• A replacement

• Or, in rare cases, a partial refund (at our discretion)

Sizing Responsibility

Please ensure that you select the correct size based on our size guide or request custom sizing if available. We are not responsible for items that do not fit due to incorrect size selection by the customer.

Order Changes

Once an order is confirmed, no changes (sizing, color, fabric) can be made. We recommend double-checking all details before placing your order.
